I’m Matthew LeBaron, a Creative Coach and Talent Partner. I work with freelance artists and studios, leaders, and teams, ready to reconnect with their creativity and align with their mission.

Many of my clients come to me frozen, isolated, unsure of their next step, lacking community. Together, we shift that isolation into connection, clarity, movement and energy.

With over 20 years of experience in artist relations, wellness instruction, and creative practice, I bring a rare ability to walk into any room (virtual or in person), see people clearly, and create the conditions to ride creative flow.

Clients often call me the Connector - Not only because I connect people to each other, but because I help individuals connect to themselves: their goals, their creativity, and their community.

Whether we’re working one-on-one, in a workshop, or with a team, I show up as a coach, guide, collaborator, and catalyst.
